– Citizen of Cambodia, aged between 18 and 65 years old
– Having a permanent address in Cambodia with a valid Identity document
– Civil servant, person with income from salary or wages, entrepreneur, or informal worker
– Vehicle valuation by a specialized agency
– Registration at the Department of Public Works and Transport
– Installation of tracking system (GPS)
– Purchase of insurance (for loans with a term longer than 6 months)
– National identification document (NID) / identity document issued by an official authority
– Vehicle identification card of the direct owner (vehicle registration card) — original copy
– Payroll statement for the last 6 months
– Employment documents
