Senior Officer, Compensation and Benefits (1 pax)

Full-time

Head Office, Akreiy Ksatr, Kandal

(1) Handle monthly salary calculation and payment for all employees making sure that employee is according to the internal policies, contract and regulations.

(2) Maintain and update personnel information and leave records of all employees.

(3) Handle all MoLVT and NSSF-related affairs.

(4) Collaborate with the IT team in the implementation of the HR system, if any.

(5) Organize files in order and safeguard all personnel, payroll, and leave documents.

(6) Strictly maintain the confidentiality of the MFI, especially salary information.

(7) Perform other tasks as required.

(1) Social Media Management: Post content on Facebook, Telegram, and LinkedIn according to the scheduled calendar.

(2) Content Preparation Assistance: Write and draft promotional posts.

(3) Performance Tracking: Collect advertising and engagement data, such as reach and engagement metrics.

(4) Social Media Campaign Support: Assist in creating campaigns and monitoring results.

(5) Cross-Team Collaboration: Coordinate with external designers and East Micro’s IT managers.

(6) Maintain Advertising Effectiveness: Ensure that all posted content is high-quality and aligns with company objectives.

(1) Conduct market research to identify target segments within assigned operational areas to promote institutional products and uncover new business opportunities.

(2) Develop and maintain strong client relationships to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and long-term retention.

(3) Clearly explain product features, terms, and pricing to clients, ensuring they have comprehensive information to make informed financial decisions..

(4) Provide expert guidance and support to clients throughout the loan application process and the utilization of other institutional services.

(5) Collect and evaluate applicant information and documentation to assess creditworthiness and financial viability.

(6) Monitor repayment schedules and implement effective solutions for overdue accounts to maintain and enhance loan portfolio quality.

(5) Feedback Collection: Gather customer feedback and suggestions to report to the management team.
