Senior Officer, Compensation and Benefits (1 pax)

Full-time

Head Office, Akreiy Ksatr, Kandal

(1) Handle monthly salary calculation and payment for all employees making sure that employee is according to the internal policies, contract and regulations.

(2) Maintain and update personnel information and leave records of all employees.

(3) Handle all MoLVT and NSSF-related affairs.

(4) Collaborate with the IT team in the implementation of the HR system, if any.

(5) Organize files in order and safeguard all personnel, payroll, and leave documents.

(6) Strictly maintain the confidentiality of the MFI, especially salary information.

(7) Perform other tasks as required.

(1) Bachelor’s degree in business administration, management or equivalent

(2) Minimum 2 years of working experience in benefits and compensation-related fields

(1) Have experience in Accounting (is preferred)

(2) Support to branches on daily cash control work, document storage, safe management … according to procedures.

(3) Review daily, monthly, and annual operations and participate in customer care of the institution.

(4) Participate in the creation as well as improvement of existing procedures within the Finance Department.

(5) Coordinate and provide information as well as accounting documents for internal and external auditors.

(4) Provide expert guidance and support to clients throughout the loan application process and the utilization of other institutional services.

(5) Collect and evaluate applicant information and documentation to assess creditworthiness and financial viability.

(6) Monitor repayment schedules and implement effective solutions for overdue accounts to maintain and enhance loan portfolio quality.

(1) Develop comprehensive sales strategies and manage performance targets for Loan Officers to ensure organizational growth.

(2) Identify and recruit potential business partners to drive lead generation and boost sales volume for the lending team.

(3) Establish monthly and annual sales quotas and oversee strategic action plans to ensure all targets are met or exceeded.

(4) Analyze sales metrics and performance data to prepare detailed monthly and quarterly reports for senior management.

(5) Oversee sales operations and service delivery to ensure high-quality standards and excellent customer satisfaction.

(6) Manage and prepare official documentation, contracts, and forms required for third-party partnerships.
