Internal Audit Manager (1 pax)
(1) Develop and implement the internal audit policies, procedures, and plans.
(2) Check whether the measures to protect assets are appropriate, accounting and business information are reliable and complete and utilization of resources is effective.
(3) Check whether the operational activities are carried out according to the established plans, strategies, policies, and procedures and achieve the expected objectives.
(4) Assess whether the internal control is continuously and effectively operated and put forward suggestions for improvement.
(5) Evaluate auditors’ performance, providing on-the-job training and counseling auditors to strengthen their knowledge/skills/development.
(6) Present and communicate audit findings and collect responses from respective functions.
(7) Report to the audit committee regularly.
(8) Perform other tasks as required.
(1) Bachelor’s degree in financial management or equivalent
(2) Minimum 2 years of working experience in audit audit-related field
(3) Good analytical, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills

Operations Manager (1 pax)
(1) Develop and support the implementation of credit strategies, credit policies, and credit procedures
(2) Identify all types of credit risk and recommend any enhancement of credit risk management framework, credit strategies, credit policies, and credit procedures.
(3) Carry out an independent evaluation of loan requests from all branches, approve loans within discretionary power, or recommend to higher authorities for approval.
(4) Develop new loan products or tailor the existing products to incorporate risk-based lending practices into lending product development processes.
(5) Manage the diversification and trend of all loan portfolio compositions and recommend any limits of portfolio exposure.
(6) Manage bad debt accounts including delinquent, and non-performing, and restructure and write off loans.
(7) Participate in recruitment, annual performance evaluation, and capacity development of all credit-related positions.
(8) Ensure that sufficient support of all operational aspects is effectively provided to all branches’ operation staff.
(9) Be willing and ready to contribute and assist where needed.

Senior Officer, Compensation and Benefits (1 pax)
(1) Handle monthly salary calculation and payment for all employees making sure that employee is according to the internal policies, contract and regulations.
(2) Maintain and update personnel information and leave records of all employees.
(3) Handle all MoLVT and NSSF-related affairs.
(4) Collaborate with the IT team in the implementation of the HR system, if any.
(5) Organize files in order and safeguard all personnel, payroll, and leave documents.
(6) Strictly maintain the confidentiality of the MFI, especially salary information.
(7) Perform other tasks as it required.

(1) Handle social media as Facebook, Telegram and Linkedin

(4) Can design poster with Photoshop, AI or with another program
