– Citizen of the Cambodian, Age between 18 and 65 years old
– Having permanent address in Cambodia with valid Identity document

– National identification document (NID) / identity document issued by an official authority
– Original title deed either soft or hard one
– Proof of income and expense
– Other documents as they deemed relevant
