– Citizen of Cambodia, aged between 18 and 65 years old
– Having a permanent address in Cambodia with a valid Identity document
– Sufficient regular income either from a salary or self-employed
– Collateral located in any development projects of EAST’s partner
– National identification document (NID) / identity document issued by an official authority
– Original title deed either soft or hard one
– Proof of income and expense
